More people concerned about Joe Exotic than actual tigers in Tiger King
Directors, Producers and Viewers all forgot about the reality of the graphic scenes of animal cruelty, extortion and negligence.

The show reveals that there are more tigers in captivity in the USA than there are in the wild. That’s right, just let that sink in for a moment. There are currently more tigers in the USA than in the wild. An estimated 3,900 tigers remain in the wild, whilst there are over 10,000 in the USA. In some areas, including much of Southeast Asia, tigers are still in crisis and declining in number. They have been captured from their wild habitat, destroyed, inbred and humiliated so that people can watch a weird narcissistic redneck run around a series on Netflix. In what world is it right that there are 5 times as many tigers in captivity than in the wild.
Blackfish for the Love Island generation
Viewers, directors and producers of the show gradually forgot that they were watching severe scenes of animal cruelty and exploitation. They became numb to the reality of the horrific life endured by the tigers. Over 89% were far more concerned with Joe Exotic and whether he was a “good guy” and whether he really did love the tigers. This was despite graphic images of horrendous animal cruelty being shown throughout the program. In one clip Joe Exotic is seen stealing a 1 day old tiger cub from its mother and dragging it underneath the metal wiring of its cage. In another he admits to shooting and killing many of the tigers when they get too old for breeding.
