African Demon Mole Rat

Your new favourite animal the African Demon Mole Rat uses headbanging to communicate underground. The Demon Mole Rat is solitary and they use seismic communication by thumping their heads on the top of their tunnels. They use slow patterns as a warning and fast patterns to show that they’re coming. They also have the added benefit that all humans other than metalheads are rubbish at headbanging which allows them to hog this communication channel.
